- Payment information: payment is handled by Shopify and supported payment processors. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our website.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, products viewed, clicks, referral URLs, timestamps, approximate location from your device or network, cart events, checkout events, and other website interaction data.
- Marketing and consent information: email and SMS signup details, phone number, consent status, source of signup, message engagement, unsubscribe status, preferences, and abandoned cart, checkout, or browse activity linked to your profile where permitted.
- Advertising information: identifiers, cookie data, pixel events, hashed contact information where used, and information about your interactions with our ads or social media campaigns.

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device and browser, from Shopify checkout and ecommerce tools, from Klaviyo marketing tools, from Meta advertising tools, from payment, shipping, hosting, analytics, fraud prevention, and customer support providers, and from communications you send to us.
How We Use Information
- Process orders, authorize payment, deliver checkout, send order confirmations, ship products, and manage returns or exchanges.
- Provide customer support, respond to contact form submissions, and troubleshoot website, order, shipping, or product issues.
- Send email and SMS marketing, launch updates, restock alerts, discount codes, abandoned cart reminders, abandoned checkout reminders, browse abandonment messages, and post-purchase messages when permitted.

Klaviyo Email and SMS Marketing
We use Klaviyo to collect and manage email and SMS subscribers, store consent records, send marketing campaigns, and trigger flows such as welcome messages, product browse reminders, abandoned cart reminders, abandoned checkout reminders, post-purchase messages, restock alerts, and launch updates. Klaviyo may receive your email address, phone number, consent status, signup source, device and browser information, viewed products, cart activity, checkout activity, purchase history, and message engagement.
SMS Consent and Mobile Messaging
If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS marketing, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional text messages from UNIT 365 at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help where supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may record your consent, signup source, phone number, and opt-out status to comply with messaging rules.
Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information for money.
